Delhi is set to get hot-air balloon rides at Commonwealth Games Village and Yamuna Sports Complex. The Delhi Development Authority has issued a tender for private firms. Ticket prices will be affordable. A ropeway along the Yamuna River is also planned. It will offer views of religious sites and Old Delhi. The ropeway aims to carry 3,000 passengers per hour.
