BJP MP Abhijit Gangopadhyay remains critical, being flown to AIIMS-New Delhi

BJP MP Abhijit Gangopadhyay, a former judge, was transferred to AIIMS-New Delhi. His health condition was critical. He was suffering from acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal sepsis. Gangopadhyay was admitted to Woodlands Hospital in Kolkata. State BJP president Sukanta Majumdar confirmed the decision for advanced treatment.
