Land encroachment: HC stays SIT probe against Kumaraswamy

The Karnataka High Court has put a stop to the SIT investigation. The investigation involved land encroachment charges against HD Kumaraswamy. These charges relate to Kethaganahalli village in Bidadi. Kumaraswamy, a Lok Sabha MP, challenged the SIT summons. The court noted procedural lapses in the SIT formation.
