The last person we’d expect a PayPal payment notification from is Ms. Kim Kardashian herself (or her clothing and intimates brand, Skims, for that matter). Still, over the past year, people have been receiving PayPal refunds from the mogul, and they can’t figure out what exactly they’re for.
