Timeline: When severe weather could arrive in central Ohio on Wednesday

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Central Ohio has seen plenty of showers and thunderstorms over the last several days in plenty of different rounds.

Approaching the end of this pattern is a cold front that will usher in a much more stable setup going into the weekend. This front is expected to bring with it another round of storms that may lean on the more potent side. 

A line of strong to severe storms will approach the area late Wednesday into the early hours of Thursday.
