Bombay High Court disposes of Sony's plea against TDSAT order in dispute with Tata Play

The Bombay High Court has directed Sony Pictures Networks India (SPNI) to approach the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) regarding its dispute with Tata Play over the renewal of their annual agreement. SPNI had challenged a TDSAT directive to remove social media posts referencing Tata Play.
