Opelousas fugitive faces attempted murder charge after Houston arrest

HOUSTON, Tx (KLFY) -- Opelousas fugitive was taken into custody in Houston, Texas for attempted first degree murder of a police officer along with other charges, deputies said.

According to deputies, Justin Michael Miller, 28, of Opelousas was arrested and charged for attempted first degree murder of a police officer, four counts of child endangerment, aggravated flight from an officer, failure to render aid and resisting an officer with force and violence.
