Two men arrested for alleged involvement in 2024 killing of 32-year-old in Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) – Police have arrested two local men for their alleged connection to the killing of a 32-year-old Topeka resident in 2024.

The Topeka Police Department (TPD) announced in a press release on June 17 that officers have arrested Julian B. Vann, 33, and Damian L. Lewis, 30, both of Topeka. Their arrests are in connection to the death of Jessie L. Grahnert, 32, last year.
