MHADA invites bids to redevelop 7-acre PMGP Colony in Mumbai's Jogeshwari

Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority seeks bids for redeveloping Poonam Nagar PMGP Colony. The colony in Jogeshwari, Mumbai, will be rebuilt. Nearly 1,000 families will get new homes. Buildings are currently in poor condition. Earlier attempts with a private developer failed. MHADA will now oversee the project directly. The project aims to provide residents with larger, modern homes.
