Stormy pattern refuses to stop for Acadiana

Isolated storms are working through Acadiana this Tuesday morning but should quickly end across the area. More scattered storms are expected by this afternoon as rain chances increase to 60%. A fee storms could produce heavy rain, gusty winds, and frequent lightning. Otherwise, conditions stay hot and sticky with temperatures reaching the upper 80s.

Unfortunately, models continue to show this active weather pattern lasting through the weekend into next week.
