Third detainee who escaped NJ ICE facility taken into custody

NEWARK, N.J. (PIX11) --- A third man who escaped from the Newark ICE facility last week was taken into custody Tuesday, authorities said.

Franklin Norberto Bautista-Reyes was arrested at 10:45 a.m., according to the FBI. Joel Enrique Sandoval-Lopez and Joan Sebastian Castaneda-Lozada were taken into custody earlier this week.
