Argyle man freed after being stuck in former Dutchess Co. prison

FISHKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- An Argyle man was arrested Saturday after trespassing into a former prison. According to New York State Police, 19-year-old Cody Mallon was charged with a class B misdemeanor for entering the former Downstate Correctional Facility in Fishkill.

Troopers said they received a call of a person stuck inside a cell at the former prison around midnight on Saturday.
