Blackstone acquires Kolkata's South City Mall for Rs 3,250 crore

Blackstone has acquired South City Mall in Kolkata for Rs 3,250 crore from South City Projects, a consortium of Kolkata business families. Anarock served as the transaction advisor for the deal. The mall, spanning one million square feet, boasts high foot traffic and significant annual turnover, making it a prime retail asset for Blackstone to expand its Indian retail portfolio.
