Police: Katy man arrested in connection to Texas lawmaker threat before protest

LA GRANGE, Texas (KXAN) -- Two law enforcement sources confirm to KXAN investigators the man arrested Saturday in connection to threats made against Texas state lawmakers is Robert Leroy Bowers, 45, of Katy.
