Report: Tottenham have stolen a march on Liverpool & Chelsea in the race for midfielder

Tottenham Hotspur have stolen a march on their rivals Liverpool and Chelsea in the pursuit of Italian prodigy Niccolo Pisilli. 

According to Sebastien Vidal, they have agreed on the basis of a deal to sign the 20-year-old midfielder from AS Roma, and they are likely to wrap up the move after the Club World Cup.
