Kevin Durant's former townhome up for sale, listing price $35

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Kevin Durant's former Oklahoma City townhome has been listed for sale for a low starting price of just $35. That's the same as his jersey number during his time with the Thunder. The house is in the Deep Deuce District near NE 2nd Street and Walnut Avenue.

"It's a very, very nice property," Leasha Larkpor, Managing Broker for Thunder Team Realty, said.
