Chipotle Makes Big $0.75 Addition to Menu

Amid concerning sales numbers so far in 2025, Chipotle is hoping a new menu item will help turn the tide.

The popular fast casual Mexican chain is introducing Adobo Ranch, a new dip, to its menu next week. The "smoky, spicy" sauce will cost $0.75 and be available at all Chipotle locations in the United States and Canada starting next Tuesday, June 17.

Made from a combination of adobo pepper, sour cream and a blend of herbs and spices, Adobo Ranch is Chipotle's first new dip since launching queso blanco in 2020.
