Newark Airport will limit flights through the end of the year

NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – Newark Liberty International Airport will have reduced flight capacity through the end of the year, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Starting June 16, Newark Airport will have only 34 departures and arrivals per hour through the end of October, according to the FAA. Then on weekend nights from Sept. 1 to Dec. 31, the flight capacity will reduce to 28 arrivals and departures per hour.
