Delhi court allows 26/11 accused Tahawwur Rana to talk to kin over phone

A Delhi court granted Tahawwur Hussain Rana, accused in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, permission for a phone call with his family. The call will be supervised by Tihar Jail authorities. The court has also requested a health report on Rana. Authorities must clarify their stance on regular phone calls for Rana.
