UNHCR: Millions of Refugees unable to celebrate Eid al-Adha

Filippo Grandi, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), has highlighted that millions of refugees worldwide, including many Afghans, are unable to celebrate Eid al-Adha this year.
