Top home sales in Franklin, Delaware counties top $2 million in May 2025

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The most expensive home sold in Franklin County in May was $2.3 million, and the most expensive home in Delaware County was $2.9 million.

NBC4 analyzed property sale records from the Franklin and Delaware county auditors’ offices, filtering for “one family dwellings” to avoid sales of apartments, duplexes or other unrelated land purchases. May saw 28 total home sales above $1 million in Franklin County alone.
