6/6/2025: More showers, storms, humidity

The latest Storm Tracker Forecast from meteorologist Matt Mackie:

Not quite as hot today, but still awfully humid and with a chance for more active weather. Temperatures rise to around 80 by the early afternoon. Approaching showers will blossom into downpours and thunderstorms for much of the second half of the day.

All the humidity will lend itself to heavy rain, and many are under a flood watch. Watch for pooling of water on the roads and rising rivers, creeks, and streams.
