Council denies appeal
against plan for home

The Town Council has denied an appeal against a home construction project in the Murray Park neighborhood.

The property is 64 Frances Ave., which has a 1,643-square-foot residence and a garage. The owners want to demolish the structures and build a 2,188-square-foot house with a garage, according to the city planning office.
