After saving the world from heteronormativity (and then leaving his companion with a baby in an ending that some fans thought didn’t really fit the character), Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor regenerated into … Billie Piper? We know Russell T. Davies is fond of his first big contribution to Doctor Who: Piper’s Rose Tyler, who later temporarily also became the Bad Wolf. But is he really going to make her the Doctor?
