Ex minister Sohan Singh Thandal joins back to SAD fold

Ex-minister Sohan Singh Thandal rejoined Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD), with party president Sukhbir Singh Badal welcoming him back. Badal asserted Thandal's brief stint with BJP was a deputation and predicted more people would join SAD.
