34 arrested in Clackamas County retail theft mission

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A retail theft mission that took place in Clackamas County on Friday resulted in 34 arrests, authorities said.

The 10-hour mission was led by the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office and focused on retail stores at the Clackamas Town Center, Clackamas Promenade and additional retailers along SE 82nd Ave.

Over $2,400 in stolen merchandise was recovered.

"During the mission, several individuals taken into custody were found to have prior theft-related arrests in Clackamas County.
