Over 90 patients fall ill due to food poisoning at IMH, Telangana govt terminates diet contract

A food poisoning incident occurred at the Institute of Mental Health in Erragadda, Hyderabad. Over ninety patients were affected, and one patient died. The Telangana government responded by terminating the diet contract. Eighteen patients were moved to Osmania General Hospital. An investigation is underway. The Health Minister visited the victims and assured better treatment.
