India can talk to Pakistan if it takes significant action against terrorism: Shashi Tharoor

Shashi Tharoor stated that talks with Pakistan require a shared vision for peace. He emphasized the need for Pakistan to dismantle its terrorism infrastructure. Tharoor's delegation conveyed India's anti-terrorism message to Latin American countries. The delegation visited Guyana, Panama, Colombia and Brazil. Colombia withdrew a statement after India explained Pakistan's support for terrorism. The delegation will now visit Washington DC.
