Three J&K govt employees sacked for alleged terror links with LeT, Hizb-ul-Mujahideen

Manoj Sinha, Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, terminated three government employees. The dismissal occurred due to alleged connections to terrorism. Authorities cited security concerns as the reason. Malik Ishfaq Naseer, Ajaz Ahmed, and Waseem Ahmad Khan are those terminated. Article 311(2)(c) of the Constitution was invoked. This allows termination without inquiry for state security reasons.
