UK summer 2025 forecast hotter with more heatwaves and searing temperatures

Heatwaves will be more common in the UK this summer. The Met Office forecast is for a hotter summer while rainfall will be near average. The country had witnessed over 40C temperature in 2022. Summer season will continue to grow hotter due to several factors including climate change. The sea surface temperature is also rising.
