Drummond opposes appeal of death row inmate in 2014 beheading
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond's office on Monday announced his opposition to the latest appeal from death row inmate Alton Nolen also known as Jah’Keem Yisrael, who was convicted of beheading a coworker in 2014.
