Micky Gavin to host new breakfast show on Edge 1

Former Forth 1 and Real Radio presenter Micky Gavin is joining Edge 1 as Programme Controller and the new host of ‘Micky in the Morning’.

Broadcasting live from 6am to 10am each weekday, the breakfast show launches on Monday 9 June from Edge 1’s Charlotte Square studios in Edinburgh.

Micky’s return to breakfast radio comes as part of wider changes at Edge Media Group, which runs both Edge 1 and Edge 2 across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Forth Valley. He will also oversee programming across the stations.
