Coach could join Ryan Mason at West Brom days after Tottenham sacking

A 62-year-old academy coach, who recently parted ways with Tottenham Hotspur, could join Ryan Mason’s coaching staff at West Bromwich Albion as the Spurs assistant coach edges towards a move to the Hawthorns.

Mason has been heavily linked with the top job at West Brom after being approached by the Baggies to replace Tony Mowbray, who departed the club in April.
