2 held for running illegal Matka gambling in Udupi, police seize Rs 1,200 cash and slips

Udupi police arrested Vittal Devadiga near Shankarapura for writing Matka lottery slips, seizing cash and slips. His interrogation revealed Leo Cornelio, a known Matka bookie, was also involved. The duo operated together, misleading the public in this illegal gambling scheme. Devadiga has 12 previous cases, while Cornelio has 34, both were booked and presented in court.
