Acadian to add more ambulances under extended contract with Bastrop County

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- Bastrop County's booming population has led to a contract for more health services in the area.

County commissioners and Acadian have agreed to extend their contract, which will provide three more ambulances than the previous agreement to the "newly formed Bastrop County Emergency Services District #3," according to a news release.
