Kerala weather: Red alert for rain issued in 11 of the 14 districts for Monday

Kerala is experiencing heavy monsoon rains. The IMD issued alerts for several districts. Uprooted trees caused accidents, resulting in fatalities in Kozhikode. Houses and vehicles were damaged across the state. Rivers are overflowing, and dam shutters were opened. Some families were relocated due to flooding in Wayanad. An NDRF team has arrived in Wayanad to assist with rescue efforts.
