TERRIFYING bodycam footage has captured the moment a driver pulled out a gun and fired multiple shots at cops at point-blank range after ranting about the Taliban.

The fatal shootout occurred when Jamal Wali, 36, said “I should have served with f***ing Taliban” after being pulled over by cops for speeding.
