Andhra CM seeks Defence Minister's support to transform state into aerospace, defence industries hub

Andhra Pradesh aims to become a major aerospace and defence hub. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has requested Defence Minister Rajnath Singh's assistance. He seeks investments in defence public sector undertakings and the establishment of an air force station. Naidu has proposed five hubs for aerospace and defence industries. He also wants a DRDO center at IIT Tirupati.
