India asks Bangladesh to expedite deportation list verification

India has requested Bangladesh to expedite the verification process for over 2,360 Bangladeshi nationals awaiting deportation, many of whom have completed their jail sentences. Simultaneously, Border Security Force and Tripura Police have apprehended several Bangladeshi and Indian nationals for illegally crossing the India-Bangladesh border at different locations.
