Man in custody after nearly 2 decades on the run, ODOC says

HOGDEN, Okla. (KFOR) - According to the Oklahoma Department of Correction, a longtime escapee has been captured after nearly two decades on the run.

Officials say Steven Capps escaped from Jim E. Hamilton Correctional Center in Hogden, Oklahoma back in 2006.
