Portland-based New Yorker cartoonist, author releases new children's book

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Known for his cartoons in the famed The New Yorker magazine, Tom Toro also dabbles in the art of children's books.

The Portland resident is out with his fourth picture book, "Crocodiles Need Friends, Too!"
