Supreme Court allows 10% GST appeal pre-deposit via credit ledger in major relief for businesses

This decision helps businesses facing cash flow issues during disputes. Yasho Industries had challenged the rejection of credit ledger payment. The High Court ruled in favour of Yasho Industries.
