House fire under investigation in Jones

JONES(KFOR)- OKCFD responded to a house fire at 11720 E Memorial Rd Sunday morning.

Authorities arrived to the scene to heavy flames coming from the roof of a two-story home.

Crews on scene confirmed there were no occupants in the home at the time of the fire.

Firefighters took a defensive stance as the roof had partial collapses within the next half hour.

Two dogs were rescued in the fire. The dogs were taken to a veterinarian with severity of injuries unknown.
