32 passengers injured as TNSTC bus plunges into 15-foot-deep gorge in Coimbatore district

In the early hours of Sunday, a TNSTC bus traveling from Tirupur to Valparai in Coimbatore district veered off course at the 33rd hairpin bend, plunging into a 15-foot gorge. The accident resulted in minor injuries to 32 passengers and the bus conductor, all of whom were promptly transported to Valparai Government Hospital for medical attention.
