Flags to fly at half-staff in honor of fire cadet

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- Gov. Mike DeWine has ordered flags to fly at half-staff in honor of a Cuyahoga County fire cadet who lost their life.

DeWine issued the order Saturday, one day after Cleveland Fire Cadet Symeon Williams, 39, died from a medical emergency during fitness training on Friday afternoon, according to WCMH's sister station WJW.
