APD: Man arrested, connected to double homicide stemming from 'child custody dispute'

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- A 26-year-old man was arrested earlier this week in connection with a double homicide stemming from a "child custody dispute" that happened last month in east Austin, according to the Austin Police Department.

That man was identified as Darius Sebastian Hatcher, according to police. He was arrested on a charge of capital murder of multiple persons.
