Bronx man pleads guilty to role in Albany shootout
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Albany County District Attorney's Office reported that 21-year-old Cheick Diarra confessed to his role in a 2024 firearm shootout in Albany. The Bronx man was arrested last October.

As part of his plea, Diarra admitted that on October 19, 2024, he and a stranger got into a dispute around 4 a.m. while in Albany's Madison Park that resulted in the two men exchanging gunfire.
