Bird flu scare: Asiatic lion Pataudi dies, Kanpur zoo to remain shut till May 20

Asiatic lion Pataudi, previously moved from Gorakhpur zoo due to bird flu concerns after a tigress's death, has died at Kanpur Zoo. Samples have been sent for testing, and the zoo is closed until May 20. The 15-year-old lion was under treatment for pancreatic and liver infections and had stopped eating before his death.
