NYS Capitol rehab preserves history, boosts safety measures

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Capitol is undergoing a rehabilitation of the Capitol's eastern approach. The New York State Office of General Services said the goal is to enhance public safety, preserve history, and restore East Capitol Park.
