Abbott to sign Texas Capital Markets bill package

AUSTIN (KXAN) - Another piece of Texas lawmakers' efforts to expand the state's appeal for business owners is being highlighted Wednesday during a Capital Markets bill package signing.

Gov. Greg Abbott will sign the legislation that was passed during the 89th Legislative Session. The governor's office said the package positions Texas as "a business-friendly environment."
